Eichberg ist ein Riesling aus dem R\u00fcberberger Domherrenberg in Briedern. <\/span>Dieser Lagenwein stammt aus einem unserer ausdrucksst\u00e4rksten und gesch\u00e4tztesten Weinberge. Es ist der erste Weinberg, den wir 2023 gemeinsam \u00fcbernommen haben, und der Ort, an dem wir uns verlobt haben. Er bedeutet uns pers\u00f6nlich und als Winzer sehr viel. Die Reben wurden \u00fcberwiegend in den 1950er- und 1960er-Jahren gepflanzt. Der Eichberg liegt nach S\u00fcden ausgerichtet in einem amphitheaterf\u00f6rmigen Flussabschnitt und ist damit unsere w\u00e4rmste Lage. Anders als in unseren \u00fcbrigen Weinbergen besteht der Boden hier aus Rotschiefer und Sandstein.<\/p>\n

Die Trauben werden als ganze Trauben gepresst. Verg\u00e4rung im Holzfass auf der Vollhefe, anschlie\u00dfend Ausbau im Tonneau. Abf\u00fcllung nach 20 Monaten im Fass.<\/span><\/p>\n
