Hier vereinen wir Trauben aus unseren eigenen Weinbergen mit denen unseres guten Freundes Michael \u2013 dem einzigen Winzer, von dem wir Trauben zukaufen. Die Reben sind an allen Standorten veredelt und 20\u201340 Jahre alt. Alle Parzellen liegen auf reinem Grau- und Blauschiefer. F\u00fcr den Jahrgang 2023 stammen die Trauben aus Piesport, Sankt Aldegund und Zell.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vor dem Pressen bleiben die Trauben einige Stunden k\u00fchl auf der Maische.
