General Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions and customer information

1. Seller

Your seller is Philip Lardot, trading as Weinbau Philip Lardot, Moselweinstraße 60, 56814 Ediger-Eller, Germany; email: hello@lardot.de; telephone: +49 1573 0224705; VAT identification number: DE322337973.

2. Ordering and contract

You may add products to the cart without commitment. Before submitting your order, check the order summary and correct entries using the editing controls, your browser’s back button or the cart. Clicking “Buy now” (German: “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen”) concludes the purchase contract for the goods in your order summary.

Contracts may be concluded in English or German. You can print or save these terms before ordering. We store order details and email your order confirmation and contract information. Keep that email. We do not provide a permanent online contract archive.

3. Prices and shipping

Prices are in euros and include statutory VAT and packaging. Shipping costs are additional unless free shipping applies. The total shown before submitting the order is decisive.

Germany: €10 shipping, free on goods orders over €100. Other EU countries to which we deliver: €20 shipping, free on goods orders over €200. Applicable charges are shown in checkout. See our shipping information.

4. Payment and delivery

Available payment methods are shown in checkout and may depend on your billing country. For advance bank transfer, dispatch takes place after payment is received. Other payment conditions are shown in checkout. We deliver to the destinations offered in checkout, where delivery restrictions are displayed. Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days from conclusion of the contract, or from receipt of payment for advance bank transfers. See our shipping page for delivery information.

5. Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Our withdrawal notice explains the conditions, deadlines, model form and effects. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods following withdrawal.

6. Statutory rights for defective goods

Statutory rights for defective goods apply. Consumers are not required to inspect goods or report defects within three days. Failure to report transport damage or other defects promptly does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

7. Age policy

Our shop sells alcoholic drinks only to people aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18. Goods may be handed over only to you or an adult authorised by you.

8. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until fully paid.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

German law applies. This does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence where those provisions apply. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply to consumers; no exclusive jurisdiction in Cochem is agreed.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
